An award may include general award terms and conditions (full version of the applicable document) or a reference to this website. In the latter case, the applicable version is determined as follows:
The most recent version in existence at the time the award is fully executed (i.e., date signed by the Authorized Government Representative). For example, if the award was signed September 25, 2025, the applicable version is March 2025. If the award was signed February 16, 2026, the applicable version is February 14, 2026.

Applicable to all grants, cooperative agreements, and other similar arrangements, except for the following:
- Natural Resources Conservation Service Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) awards

On December 31, 2025, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released the U.S. Department of Agriculture General Terms and Conditions for Federal Awards. FPAC agencies fully adopted the USDA general terms and conditions on February 14, 2026.

If your amendment does not reference the applicable version of the general terms and conditions, contact the Administrative Contact identified in block 8 of the Notice of Grant and Agreement Award.
