If you are a Federal employee or job applicant, the law protects you from discrimination because of your race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information. If you believe that you have been discriminated against, you have a right to file a complaint.

Program Complaints
USDA prohibits discrimination against its customers. You may file a complaint with USDA if you believe you experienced discrimination when obtaining services from USDA, or when participating in a USDA program or a program that receives Federal financial assistance from USDA.

FPAC Business Center Equity Action Plan
The Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center helps move the USDA’s farm program agencies’ mission forward. With 15 different business lines, the Business Center can address equity through its operational support to the Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and Risk Management Agency (RMA), which administer farm programs. FPAC’s Language Access Plan sets forth the standards, principles, and guidelines FPAC agencies will use to improve equity in our programs by ensuring critical language services are available to limited English proficiency persons.
